Meet Dr. Jaime Guberman

A proud double graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Jaime Guberman brings advanced training, clinical excellence, and a warm, patient-centered approach to orthodontic care. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at Penn, where she was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU)-the national dental honor society recognizing the highest level of academic and clinical distinction-and received multiple additional honors for her scholarship and performance. She then continued her post-doctoral education at Penn, completing her orthodontic residency and certificate, where she was awarded the Dr. Lawrence N., Mrs. Lana K. Rouff, and Dr. Peter A. Rouff Orthodontic Scholarship Award in recognition of her academic excellence throughout her residency. Originally from northern New Jersey, Dr. Guberman combines evidence-based practice with a genuine dedication to helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and informed throughout their orthodontic journey. Her clinical interests include early interceptive treatment and growth modification, adult and interdisciplinary care, clear aligner therapy, and special needs dentistry with personalized behavioral approaches.

Dr. Guberman has contributed to research with a growing focus on how advancing diagnostic technologies-including cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) and digital modeling-can enhance treatment planning and outcomes. Her recent work examines the transverse dimension and its relationship to facial growth patterns, reflecting her commitment to understanding the fundamentals of facial development and applying those insights to modern orthodontic care. She remains dedicated to integrating emerging research and technology into her clinical practice. Dr. Guberman is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists.
