Aligners are worn 21+ hours a day, and removed for eating and oral hygiene. Each set of aligners is worn for about 1 to 2 weeks before moving to the next set. With each new set of aligners, teeth move closer to final alignment. At the end of treatment, you have a gorgeous smile!
